It works pretty good at WOT for a combo like yours, but with the huge cam, part throttle is going to be more of a tuned-manually thing IMO.
We use the WOT AFR table on Huber's mustang, parish's turbo truck, the fairmont, etc. You want to make sure you have a good strong signal off the wideband in areas of the map you intend to use it, my guess is with big exhaust, cam with lots of overlap, your wideband will read "strange" until just off idle. that's typical for a setup like yours.
