'63 wagon with a 318 and a 4 speed. I'm buying that manifold and injectors from BigBlockRanger so I'm a step closer.

What are your plans with the '69?

as far as i can tell it completely original so i dont want to mess it up.

Slant 6 cars are supposed to be messed up!

Eventually you'll get tired of having it take longer than .05 seconds to start up in the morning, and you'll put all that electronic stuff on it

now you know what we had to go thru in the old days...but there were no alternatives.

                        Re: EFI Projects

Chad and I were just talking about this. I walked over to my Centurion that hadn't been started in over two weeks (under snow and ice) opened up the door, reached in and hit the pedal once to set the choke (I know the float bowl and accel pump were dry), turned the key, it cranked for maybe five seconds before it fired up and settled on a nice 1,000rpm purr. I never even sat in the seat. Once the carb has fuel sitting in it that car will fire on a whisper of the ignition key. I had fun clutch starting that engine in the Skylark, the smallest movement of the car and dropping the clutch would fire it right up.
                        Escaped on a technicality.

not well i just cant seem to figure out what is wrong. right now i am leaning towards distributor but still have a feeling it is a fueling issue.

                              i will relay the massage.
