For Megasquirt does anyone incorporate safeties onto their tune? Say a rev limit if the engine gets too warm? What to do of it over boosts etc?. Drop timing, stop fuel or what? What are your tricks?
The only one I use is the rev limiting while cold. It won't rev over 3,000rpm below something like 120ºF, except if the TPS is over something like 75%, then it ignore's the limiter.
