Injector Dead Time Testing

I'm going to test a set of high impedance 96 lb injectors on my MS 2. I've read some posts on using different PW's and calculating the x intercept. Should I do all eight injectors at the same time? Would it be advantageous to get data at several voltages using a high current power supply?
