whats going on with registration

I could not even get on the Hot Rod or RaceIt website from 12:00 to 12:45 that day. At 12:45 I restarted my computer, then they both worked perfectly. Next year I'm going to restart my computer as soon as possible if it gives me any trouble. Not sure why that worked but clearing the cache did not?

Man that sucks. Maybe a stale DNS cache... ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew, or just reboot it.
