I can't get it to copy the URL at specific time like you usually can, but Squirrel is on at -2:40:35 or so. If you hover your mouse on the time bar it will show a negative number for the time - it's about 2/3 of the way over to the right. As far as I know, he took that 10.28 as a one and done and probably headed to Summit. You can use the arrow keys to make it skip right or left 5 seconds at a time. At 46:15 you can see Jim's car in front of a workshop with the front wheel off... At the 1 hour mark you'll see him at the 2nd check point.
