Drag Week. Do NHRA Street Legal Rules apply to Drag Week?

DW follows the 2008 and 2014 exceptions. The caveat is that the cars must retain all their factory safety stuff. This includes seats if the car has airbags in the seats.

NHRA Street Legal Rules allow 2008 and new vehicles to race 10.0 without cage and 2014 and newer to run 9.0 without cage. Do these rules apply to Drag Week or the regular NHRA rules?
