To add insult to injury, on this thread. The new build for 2013,(if it gets done) is an LS in a fox platform. I've lost my pride after getting whopped on for years now at DW. The foxs can be quit light and hook, and LS with some boost build stupid power. My welder buddy Charlie is still not happy with the halfbreed idea. But he's coming around. This year truely opened my eyes, when 2 SB/NA cars are as fast as my N2O car. This will be very long year trying to build and tune a turbo car for the first time for 2013 DW.

LS Fox.... Good Gawd. It's been done and will continue to be done and I guess in some weird distorted way it makes sense, the same kind of sense that had guys putting SBC's into 32 Fords since the dawn of hotrodding. ugh. Someday I will have a 32 chevy - with a Ford engine!

My buddie builds lots of lxs engines for sand cars and such, built a couple drag cars now and he keeps telling me to put a ls in my car, I laugh and tell him theres not a chance in hell, it wont even get a 9 inch rear in it ever.
