I was talking to Dale yesterday and he told me about your issue.... being that
it hooks first and then spins I would say most of your problem is in the front end..
is your car setting high in the rear.... how much front end travel do you have in
the front end before the tires lift... you might need to cut the upper arm bumpers
down to get more travel.. dont take them out but cut the so you have some rubber
on them.. then check the travel again... how much fuel do you run in your tank when
you race... it might want more weight in the ass end... and the biggest thing you can
do is to take a video from the rear looking forward at about 30* angle so you can see
the rear and the front all at the same time
    EDIT
My oil leak is fixed BUT I have a oil coming out the pipes issue...
I pulled the intake yesterday and found that the bottom of the intake
at the ports was sucking in oil... when I checked all 4 corners during
the mock up the tops and bottoms were about .001 difference which
is fine BUT I think the 4 corners are bowed down a touch... I'll check
it today and mill it if needed.... but thats after I get back from the SS
office... I have to apply today for social security so I get it in time

need to get another inch of travel in front end
trying to get 1.52 60' lower to keep up

No NOS for now, motor was built for a NOS hit but
Bob just want to say that if I had to do the up grade in tires again I would go with the 10" rim with the 275x60x15 with the larger rim they look the same as the 315s

well the plan now is to try more tire psi ill start at 20 and see what happens... also im removing the sway bar... do need to learn how to heat the tires properly...also going with a new alternator pulley to help with throwing the belt over 6500 rpm... hoping to get down to the hi 1.4's on motor and low 1.4's maybe 1.3's on the bottle... if there is time left will play with cal trac I'm in the top hole now will loosen and tighten to see if there anything there to..

Not with Photobucket but if you can download it and run it in Quicktime they have a slowmo option.

I should have had a tripod for the camera to settle down the motion.

I am amazed at how well Dale's truck runs for what it is. Its not a stroked motor and runs on pump gas but the combination just works. That goes for the truck as well because it 60's on the top of its percentile. I shot a video on an 11.40 pass and the track doesnt have a score board but they didnt announce the run until a minute after the run. They dont let you run deep without a bar so he didnt spray it.
As for my junk I'll get there some day when the right parts show up on the car.

Yeah his truck does 60' real well for what it is
