it took about a week-10 days to "book up" last year, and there seems to be more interest this year? I think it would be fair to offer the guys who actually made it to the track last year first dibs.
What was it, like 193 out of potentially 250 spots that actually left Tulsa to make the journey? Too lazy to look it up. I thought the format went pretty smooth - except day 6, which I have feelings about but I'll shut up. The other 4 days looked like everyone who wanted to run got to run. Hell, the Outside-Inner burned a groove in the track, probably 10 miles a day just in passes. lol.
The 6 second capable track deal is a big deal, but from where I was it looked like last years choices were surprisingly good? The Tulsa track owner busted his ass to get the gig, I would think that would be a good start/end again. They really seemed to want it and he bumped his regulars so HRM could finish the deal... not sure how many tracks would do that?
