Question on registration

My buddy is still building the car and will be another month before he gets registration and insurance.

Can he still register for drag week without this? What about entering his truck and then changing it later to the car.

He will have to run unlimited because of non factory floor.
Otherwise it would be super street

Last year you had to have the insurance filed in to process the order.

Last year I told them who I was insuring it with and what state it would be registered in, and I didn't have it at the time. I had no problems...

My car wasnt even done but when I took it down the road for a quick little test run.. I
had the wife get the insurance and tag the week before... so that part is done.... the
car still isnt... still doing body work and waiting for some decent temps so I can paint it

Use the 53 ford to register and then change it when humpin henry is done.

in 2011 I just entered "In Progress" in the insurance areas and it was accepted.
