    I agree with the RPM.. I'm a SB guy .. but if the torque has a wide band
    and is up in the rpm it will run stronger with less gear... but if it doesnt
    have the torque you HAVE to go with the RPM... my peak torque on my
    SM is at 6400 rpm and I shift at 8200.. if I had more cam it would be 9000+

          Mine is still gaining 10 HP for every 100 RPM over 7500 I shift at 8100 just because LOL

          420 CFM at .900 lift 412 at .700

            Those numbers are cute little 'ol things ain't they. Gotta love small small block stuff. Me, I like a big lazy inefficient big block. Just add power steering, power brakes, power windows and tunes and you have a real street car. Slow but comfy.

            I like Slimbo's attitude, go fast, in style, and tell the world. I gotta work on that.
