Had it when I went in '11, kind of needed it leaving Topeka....but now it's not in the car, and I kinda want to leave it out. The defroster doesn't do much to defog the windshield anyways. A towel works better. My fabulous web page

After the storm me and Quick52 were in coming out of Milan
in DW 10 we needed the defrosters, towels and you name it..
we(and along with everyone) were down to 15 mph on I-75
and I was wiping the inside of the windshield every 30 seconds
so we could see.... we fogged up big time.. at that point I said
I WILL have wipers and defrosters of some nature... that was
running through Ohio and they had a tornado a few miles ahead
of us... water was deep everywhere

I had them '05 to '07, had them out for '11 and '12. Heat was nice in the Northern swing in '07, used towels for the Memphis to Tulsa rain out leg last year. Didn'r really miss the heat/defrost. More important to have good wipers which I've had every year I've gone to DW.Last edited by CDMBill; June 30, 2013, 06:45 AM.Drag Week 2006 & 2012 - Winner Street Race Big Block Naturally Aspirated - R/U 2007 Broke DW '05 and Drag Weekend '15 Coincidence?

Ive installed a vintage air compac heater and defrost unit. I hate driving without a defroster, and it is a slow street car.Reading , Pa
