These past few days have been busy and I haven't got to check here in a while, so thanks for the comments on the car! 36 years ago today my dad got his first car, a 72 Nova, which he still has today, so the plan was that he would hand over the keys to mine today and let me drive it around the block and then bring it back to finish it up. But of course, everything ends up taking longer than we planned and we ran into a few small complications, and we had to load the trailer and get dads car ready for the H.A.M.B drags tomorrow (I ended up doing the dirty hard work of changing the oil and taking off and putting on the diaper. Yes I am a good daughter. Lol)
, so we didn't get to start or drive the car today, but I did get the keys, soooo that counts right?? haha I'll have some updated pictures soon! Hope everyone has a good Saturday, I know I will! First break from working on my car in weeks, but of course, it's spent at the drag strip!

Getting the keys is a HUGE step.
