    Dad has been busy .. Body sand blasted .. I welded in subframe connectors ..roll cage .. Remembrance weekend .. Dad has welded in panels

      We priced out the parts that were needed and how bad the the uni body was .. At the same time I found a complete car for about the same money as the parts .. I am only using the body from the new car .. Cut subframe connectors ,suspension drive train , even windows will be from the old car .. The new car came with new dash and carpet witch I will wil be able to use to freshen the interior up

          That's a lot of work done already - wow - you guys are really getting it done. That sheet metal looks fantastic. Great work on the sfc and the roll bar tubing as well.
          There's always something new to learn.

                In primer

                Dad has been moving forward with new body ..hope to have it back on susp at christmas

                      Rotated in pbrush, so I'm pretty sure the original quality is roached, but good enough for the forum which kills it anyway.

                          Took Grande for its first drive today .. Right to gas station and scale .. 3280 lbs .. In street close and full tank of gas ..
