So with the DD now going to 10 flat were will the bump go to, to make the field,I am guessing it will be well below the 11.49 mark any other opinons

It's pretty easy to make the assumption that only the fast cars will get into DD with the quicker lower limit... gotta remember the keyboard jockey event (registration opening) to even get in the gate and some guys will still register and take a 15 second ride. I don't think the cutoff will be for cars with bars, but I've been wrong before. a lot.
