Got the footer poured today met up with the block guy tonight he's ready to go. He may start Saturday but its suppose to rain all day Saturday but 60 and sunny sunday. A big relief getting the footer in today wants we get the block in it can collapse all it wants. No block work today pouring down rain but I do need to pick up mortar and sand and some wire mesh for them. Suppose to be sunny and dry tomorrow. Got all the materials picked up had to put the dump trailer in the shop so the sand can dry out for tomorrow. They are going to start at 7:30am in the morning so I've got to get everything dry had to trap up all the block and mortar so it would stay as dry as possile. Funny thing it rained hard most of the day and the footer didn't collapse it's funny how 20yds of concrete can stop that very thing. The block guys showed up on time and by 5:30pm was done and packing up. They did a great job plus it is now done. I have pictures but me and photobucket are not getting along again. This weekends project was to get the foundation insulated and waterproofed got all the stuff delivered but now I have to work. Plus I have to put a motor in my nephews truck by Monday or hes going to lose his job. So back fill will have to wait till I get time to get it ready. Well I did get the foundation done and back filled today just paid someone to do it. If you can't get it done yourself just pay someone else to do it.
