So if I pre-registered where do I pick up my stuff at in Madison?

Pull into the venue and there will be signs pointing you to registration. It's pretty simple really. Usually they have it divided up by last name.

I believe it is somewhere around 5:00pm but they might stay later if there is a good crowd.

Again, my guess would be somewhere around noonish. All those pesky details will come out about the time the official route is published. Perhaps in another 2 weeks.
