i was at a wrecking yard the other day and they had a 65 marlin sitting out front for sale.
it looked like it was in pretty good shape(but needed to be redone) and i think they were asking $3500.

So are you thinking about getting it or what ?

no. i was letting chuck know in case he wanted to come down and get another one. i've got to many cars around here now. a guy gave me a 74 ford truck the other day so i brought it home and leanne was not happy. it was free, has a 460/c6, 9" rear, a/c, 84k original miles. i couldn't turn it down. every panel on it but the hood and pass. door has a dent but it has potential. :o ;D

are you talking about needing the station wagon or the 9" rear out of the truck? if it's the 9" i'm going to try and keep the truck whole and just use it to pull trailers and haul stuff with. if you're looking for a 9" i have a friend that is supposed to have a few for sale. let me know and i'll talk to him. i know he has one out of a camaro with strange axles in it.
