Enjoy the trip. I hope to run into you on the tour and hear about your travels and how you enjoyed Utah. Arches and the Moab area is spectacular. Highway 128 north east out of Moab to I-70 is an awesome drive along the Colorado river. Durango, Silverton, and Telluride, Colorado are super nice as well if you can incorporate into your trip to Moab. Take care, be safe.
