Hot Rod Magazine has a lot of behind the scenes photo shoots and business meetings going on that most of us don't see.
Also, there were an aweful lot of people there at each venue.
Besides, the HRM buss had free drinks for staff ....

Jerry Pitt and Jenny were driving my used 2010 Camaro SS during the tour, so David wasn't there either.

Yes, I met him at the Detroit stop, even got a pic with him.
Seth, Tim, John, Mindy and I got to speak to him for a few.
It was great to finally get to meet him, and in the process,
I met and shot the shit with Steve Atwell, who in turn
knows another freind of mine.
We also met and spoke with Rob Kinnan, great guy...sounds like a hoot
to party with. ;DComment

I talked to Dave tuesday morning in the hotel lobby right before we left for Detroit. We were going to meet later at IDIDIT, but the timing did not work out.Comment

Okay. I just wish I could have seen him and congradulated him on being able to get back at Hot Rod since the other venture didn't turn out. I've seen him before at stops in previous years, and was just hoping to see him again. Nice guy. Thanks for your reports of seeing him. Also was nice to meet some of you guys.Comment
