  • Busted knuckle award

I kind of lost track of it who has the busted knuckle award today

Damn it, I completely forgot I ended up with it last year.

I missed heading up to PT this year, and with the start in OH I highly doubt I'll be going next year.

If someone will send me their hotel info for Thursday night I can have it shipped there?
I'd need that info by tomorrow morning, I'm not paying $100 for next day air

Ugh, sorry guys, it had to be in the 3PM drop off today to make the ground delivery. To get it there now is +/-$150 overnight.

If you guys pick out a winner (or someone who knows they'll be on PT next year and wants to hold it) I'll gladly ship it to them.

My apologies. It was awarded to me last minute last year and I honestly forgot I had it until I saw this post

Check with Raf and Theresa (88MCSS). he roached his alternator, broke the bracket, and possibly the whole engine computer on his last Drag pass at Norwalk. Had to go home on a flatbed...

Them or Keith and Tammy, Keith had multiple problems but did drive the car home. If it is decided to go Keith it can be sent to me and we can get it to them. Mailed packages to Canada is pretty expensive and we will be seeing them in a few months. Wasn't sure if it goes to a long hauler or anyone on the tour, You all decide, As long as we don't get it I am good

He certainly did a lot to get that power steering working. Pretty Cool that Vic had one in his collection that seemed to help out.

                      Wait just a minute.
Since when is Keith having trouble with his ride news worthy?

Since the very first tour he has gone on he has worked on his junk EVERY day.
It seems to me that is what he considers a very successful tour

And considering his record, this is a good time to recognize his efforts. In years past his requirements for keeping up have been surpassed by other more 'newsworthy' breakdowns, so luckily, we are still considering this to be an award for an annual winner, not a permanent 'life achievement' trophy.

Edit: High winds also blew out the Caddy's rear window on the trip home.........just one more thing to fix.
