    You are absolutely correct!
I'll be watching for reports, both from the trip and the construction.

I wish progress was being made but the reality's of weeks of rain, soil tests, Energy reports, and actually getting estimates from sub contractors has proved to be a challenge. Still, Bob the Builder is making progress, with site work, thanks to a good friend who is lending me his little Ford 770. It's small but a lot faster than a wheel barrel. So far I have leveled 4 tandem loads of fill and will order 2 more tomorrow. In FL you can't build on grade ! Rain, Snow, Wind . . . we all have our challenges eh !

Also, Power Tour friend Jim Durban lives part time in Islamorada, so I will see if I can get him to chime in, as he knows that area better than anyone I know. Might even be a guild for a day or two?

BTW, Enjoyed all the great pictures of y'all, thanks for sharing.

Yeah Bruce, too much of the cold white stuff around here to drive them all winter. Really getting them started consists of taking the battery tenders off of them and turning the key. Not much drama. We have an event with our Oldsmobile club today so we're going to take the Cutlass out. It's supposed to be 58 today so it might be topless. LOL. It's 25 outside now.

We flew down to Hilton Head for a few days. It was nice to be outside in warm weather.
