Should certainly not take so long for ppl to get refunds! Glad I didn’t pre-register this year, but for those that did, HR certainly isn’t acting very responsibly in doing refunds in an acceptable timely manner. Makes me wonder how much they really care about the participants vs. the sponsors...'86 Monte SS (sold) ~ HRPT 2015, '17, '18 ~ Long Hauler

BUT
What makes you think the vendors got their refunds any faster? They certainly pay more for the privilege of doing power tour than individual participants do.
As to familiar routes - you are still young. If you wait a few more years the route will seem brand new each year.
