Cool . ...had to let mine sit in storage a while due to “Covid” delays at the shop I’ve been using. Back at the shop now, finally getting the aluminum body bushings installed and subframe connectors welded in.(welding is above my skill level). Hopefully I’ll have it home in a couple weeks.

Still waiting... I hate being dependent on someone else to do stuff I have no experience in, or tools to do it right.(Welding in this case) Stuck waiting on their timeline to get it done. Once I get’er back home the winter plan is to gut the crap interior and start rebuilding that along with refinishing the trunk area. Once that’s done I’ll move onto doing the engine bay next like you are doing.

I'll be ready for Road Trips again in 2022.
I had a few upgrades to my Camaro: Vintage Air, Cruise Control and a Dakota Digital Dash (looks stock)

I just have a few other minor things to do on the interior and I'll be ready.

Once they stop salting the roads and we get a few rain storms, I’m game for a road trip! Usually anytime mid-late April is good for those of us in the great white north...

                            Lots of choices and conflicts
Easter - April 17th or 24th depending on your persuasion
Cars and Cones - May 1st through May 6th (in Texas I believe)
Not sure when CoonAss season starts

I was contemplating changing the wording to "IN SEASON" but wasn't sure that would have a different answer.
