Re: New HRM, powertour coverage
Thanks,
I sure had a great time and I was glad my car was well received. I was pleased DF thought it was worth shooting for the Mag. (Thanks Wes for the great impromptu photo shoot) It definitely was a "Wham, Bam, thank you man" experience. I enjoyed meeting several of y'all throughout the week. My co-driver Papa Don even got to draft Mike and Donna around Bristol Motor Speedway. At 72 years old, his comment was, "they should have let us go faster." He also said He had the time of his life on the Tour.
I especially liked my high speed run to Bristol with Allen, unfortunately it was short lived cause I wasn't able to "Run with the Big Dogs" like I had hoped. Very impressive old Ford ya have there Alpha!
Mr. GS and Allison, glad you endured the Brat smoke from the toolbox grill ! Hey, it kept the bugs away.
Cobra, see ya at the Turkey Rod Run.

Re: New HRM, powertour coverage
DTB I met you at the hotel outside of Bristol. I really liked your tool box grill, and the car was really nice. I also like the sign you had in the back seat, I think you said a friend made it for you. ;DIt's not the destination, but the journey and the friends you make along the way that counts.
