That sounds interesting. Been to several of them before but really like Beech Bend & IRP. The beginning and end are both only 12 hours away for us.

Would be nice if a yearly Platinum power tour hauler confirm this ahead of Motor Trend’s announcement!

Not a real bad route, we love Beech Bend! Getting in and out of there could be something else! We are probably not doing the Tour this year since we are driving Route 66 in May.

Do you know of such a person? Not sure I run in their same circle.

Someone always posted a day or two early on Facebook from platinum, but I always wait till the next day to verify that it’s correct

I plan on it. Hotels are booked, registration soon. Probably find something to do for a couple days up in that area and roll in hot to Springfield, MO for the GTOAA Convention that I have reservations for starting on the 17th of June. Not much sense to drive home to Texas and turn around the next day. Busy times. Hank

For some reason I thought I heard it was SouthEast again this year, so I didn't even bother looking until the ad popped up on FB. Gonna shoot for at least National Trail. If I had the cash and trust in the car, I'd do a bit more..but seeing as I dont have either of those (plus I think our Youth Camp is going to be that week too) I may just do National Trail.

I had a ticket for Dayton in 2020..when 2021 rolled around, I didn't have a car. HRPT has always been one of THE events I'd love to cross off the list-even if it is just for a day.

Rooms are booked. I just mapped it from my house in Arizona to Bowling Green 1677 miles. Then I mapped it from Indianapolis to my house- 1677 miles. What's the chances of it being the exact distance to and from

Mr. Yoakam, OH MY! I started counting the bullet/rust holes in the Holey Goat and can say IF it comes to the Convention I believe it is about 950 too many holes for Original Unrestored. Have to be in Modified class, I guess. No problem though. Picture is of a Lemans actually on Power Tour one year, 2021 I believe. Nitrobob41, did you do the Power Tour West? Just wondering. Hank

If I am not wrong, that is Smokey owned/built by Junkyard Digs' Kevin Brown also on youtube. It was a flood car they rebuilt and then modified for I think the Gambler event where you off road in cars. QA1 suspension parts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnGSXXooAGg
