yes, if they allow you to test. normally they will only let you inspect. it has to be in the offer to purchase to allow the testing.

Actually in Colorado as long as you test before closing, you can back out if positive for meth. Found that out today, so ordered the test to be done. Better to spend the $450 bucks now than to find out later and have to clean it up to the tune of 20 grand!

Well it certainly would allow you to configure some "pleasuring bumps" into the experience.

What level of confidence on the country of origin would you have when the box has printed on it "printed in US"?

what do you do when the Torino gets a booboo on the paint? should it be fixed right away, removing the guilt that you f'd up, or do you wait, knowing something else will surley happen?

I tend to like to quantify my stupidity per episode! So I would fix it now but then again I don't know how big of issue it is.

Don't you have that "Did you F**# it Up?" decision tree?? If not, will Scratch-X fix it?

Given the quality of the car I would say fix it, a little lesser quality car I would say leave it since you won't feel so bad on the second scratch.......

Good question...I just bought a set of Timken bearings and seals. The boxes the seals came in said made in the USA, but the seals themselves said made in Taiwan . The bearing boxes didn't list the country of origin, but the bearings themselves were stamped "USA" . Go figure

EXACTLY what I was referring to! Now I just have to decide if I am going to install them now or carry them with me for later.

I'm thinking the stamping on the bearings is the company's full name..."Timken USA".......maybe not.......

GREAT - so your theory is that these fine USA parts are actually no better than the chinese junk that I have been using for the last 30k! Thank you for helping me make my decision on installing now or later.
