yes, if they allow you to test. normally they will only let you inspect. it has to be in the offer to purchase to allow the testing.

Actually in Colorado as long as you test before closing, you can back out if positive for meth. Found that out today, so ordered the test to be done. Better to spend the $450 bucks now than to find out later and have to clean it up to the tune of 20 grand!Originally posted by MIKEE View Post
