I will agree that Ford didn't take any bail-out money, but what ya'll fail to realize is; GM has paid back the majority of the money. Have ya'll not looked up and seen what GM's profits have been since restructering the entire orginazation?!!? Ya'll saying that "at least" Ford didn't take a bail-out will only work till the debt is paid off. With GM posting records sales and profits, as a consumer, it looks to me like they are out-doing the competition...

it's easy to show a profit when you are allowed to keep your main assests and bankrupt on the debt. also, the previous stock holders got screwed. beside, the government still owns a majority of the stock, which was issued in the mid $30's and is now down to the mid $20's.

Joisy is up 2 nil after two (make that 3 - 0 now, somebody is going to go here soon). But down 2-1 in games up to this point. The only better TV would be if the Red Things were playing still, not.

P.S.S.- I am already starting to pile stuff up to take - first pile - case of water, 60 beers, unbrella - well just in case it rains.

Exactly - I remember Somerset raining pretty good - umbrella stuck in stake pocket - beer in hand - thinking - I need to get me one of those California water blade thingies for just this type downpour. Grandkids put one in my stocking next to the coal for Xmas, how did they know?
