Solution we came up with: DUAL COOLERS! ;D ;D
We are going to have the stand-by Coleman green chest o' coolness 8)


We snagged a 15 qt roller cooler with metal handle at Wallyworld for like $18 2 months back, perfect for atleast a 6 pack of mountain dew and 4-6 Carrona bottles.

I was reading RaceTech magazine. In it, Pat Symonds was expounding about the new regulations for F1 wherein they will be changing to 1.6L turbos. Now the interesting statements were about smaller bore sizing having better detonation resistance at 3+ bar pressures. So,

Would it be better to build a 4.0 liter early Hemi, with a 4" bore (this engine would be cooler than all get out and I've got a buddy that builds them all the time for a Jr. Fueler)

Or,

A 4.0 liter Ford mod motor with a 3.554 bore and an easy 8,500 to 9,500 rpm valvetrain.

Assume both of the motors will be forced induction. I not aware of anyone that's done a mod motor on Nitro either, I wonder if it could take it.

Those help a lot when cruising along looking for the turn point.
