Hey All, Somerset, KY would like to invite you back for the Somernites Cruise event August 27-28. We are excited because HorsePower TV is coming back to our event and will be spending the weekend with us. In addition, ?Cooter? (Ben Jones) from the Dukes of Hazzard will be dropping by our show to meet our participants and sign autographs. We will have 2 replica cars from American Graffiti including Milner?s ?32 Ford Coupe and Falfa?s ?55 Chevy. Our specialty showcase this month will feature Mustangs. Those awesome cars will have their own entrance gate as well as an area to park dedicated just to them. If you haven?t ever had a chance to make it to Somernites Cruise, we are a monthly car show held the 4th Saturday of each month April ? October. This year we are celebrating our 10th anniversary. It has been 10 incredible years of great cars and their owners. Our show averages about 1,000 show cars each month and our beautiful city has just been named the Official Car Cruise Capital of Kentucky by our state government.
