Gary finally sent in some additional information and pictures.

1999 F150 Roush edition.
Supercharged 5.4L
Trans has been rebuilt by ford around 60,000 miles with a shift kit installed, new heads installed by dealer around same time as trans. Truck has 100k on it now. Tires are fairly new, maybe they have 6k on them. New brakes all around with new rotors. Roush package: Roush suspension and lowering ,wheels,front cover, leather Roush interior. Has Lightning headlamps, 05 Harley grille, custom Cervini hood, custom ghost flames, Lund hard shell bed cover, LED taillamps, Kenwood Excelon stereo with 1000 watts 5 channel amp, JBL Subs (two 8 inch) with stealth box, Sirius satellite.
Been in storage for over a year , bought new battery to install.
