  • Oh no, love bugs are emerging in Florida.

I live in central Florida and the love bugs are starting to come out. I hope they are gone by June because they sure make a mess.

I'll have to wax the crap out of the front of the truck. That thing is like driving a brick wall as far as catching bugs.

Hopefully they are gone by then, but if there not I might go old school with a screen on the front.

One of the many things I don't miss about living in Florida.

In Texas those are Telephone bugs......cause they're always hung up.

also if you still have any of the old little spray bottles of Mothers (show&shine i think) that they gave away a few years ago, it is excellent dried bug remover. spray let sit a minute or so, reapply and wipe off.
Maybe I can clear this up.....I thought the cop was a prostitute.

PAM - or any generic form of no stick cooking spray - seriously - it works! Bob - put some behind the rear wheel wells too - helps the rubber from burn outs wipe off easier!
There's always something new to learn.

Put it on the clean car before you take off - it will help the bug guts not stick to the paint.

Well, I guess if I can get a chick named pam all over the front of my car...but Mel would get pissed at me.
That, and don't want anyone on the hood.

Love bugs are one of those things no one told me about before moving here. I detest those things! At least they don't bite, imagine if they did!
