I will be in Valdosta. I have already scheduled a spinal block so I can walk around and enjoy the day.

I've had a few of them and there's good and bad with them, I've had very good results with mine. I'd get it at least a week before, I don't get maximum benefit for about a week. It would be a shame to get it and not get max results till after the tour! I have to be careful that I don't do more damage because I don't feel the pain that would tell me I'm doing something I'm not supposed to be doing.
