Reality. Oshkosh Defense attendence policy is uber strict. Miss a day, get a point. Miss 9 days you get walked out the gate! Each point after the first one stays with you for a year before it's removed. I'll have a weeks vacation next year, but they automatically take four of them away to put towards July 4th plant shutdown. Leaves little room for having to take a day off due to sickness or weather. 295...There are alot of places going to that vacation policy. Some places around here give you 2 weeks vacation, then make you use them for July 4th and Christmas for the plant shutdown.HRPT LH- 09,10,11,12
