93-year-old Rachel Veitch, whose motoring days began nearly half a century ago with her $3,289 purchase of a brand new 1964 Mercury Comet Caliente, is finally giving up the car because she has swerved into an impassable roadblock: "I am legally blind, so I can no longer drive my lovely Chariot," she says.
