cobra- gald you found the problem and not on a road trip.
I just wanted you guys to know I put another 600 miles on the car and the pine cone is still there. He's been in two races and some nice off ramps as well. he is getting pretty dryed out by now. so I might have put some kind of coating on there. I gonna try to keep him around till the spring trip.

Maybe you should put your GM brakes on a GM car and the problem will be solved.Because you won't have any more problems. Ford already circled there problem.
Must have missed that story. What happened to your brakes? I thought you were going to take the mustang.
he couldn't take the mustang because the brakes he put on the mustang are gm calipers and they weren't working. the mustang is just being pissy with him because glenn didn't put quality Ford parts on the mustang.

As much as this pains me to admit publicly - quailty brakes and Ford are not often used in the same sentence when talking aobut vintage vehicles! It has taken Ford until this century to actual learn how to build quailty brakes systems so unless you are coverting your old iron to something 20xx it most likely won't be sourced from Ford.
