Nice to hear. Dean {RSRIXON} {71 Mustang, nice guy} said they were going to be swingin' through.
Also there is going to be a private stop off for a tour of a car plaqce for the freaks...in Ripley Oklahoma according to Dean.

Miami OK??? That's about an hour NE of Tulsa where I am. I can't imagine PT going there! I don't know too much about the town, but wondering where in the world the venue would actually be? IF the stop before is St Louis, then Im thinking from St Louis to Miami is about 4 1/2 hrs on the interstate (more or less). Anyone do a mileage check? Thanks!

Just doing a google map for Miami, OK I do see a college, an airport, and a riverside park?
Google map says 6 hours from St Louis.

St. Louis to Miami: 309 miles
              Miami to Stillwater: 158 miles.
That second leg seems pretty short, unless there is a long lunch stop in Joplin. Maramoma, I see there is a casino in Miami. Is that large enough to be the venue?

Sorry, I didn't write it down - as I won't know if I can go until May or so (so didn't pay that much attention).

So will the venue in St Louis be Gateway Intl like mentioned before when we thought it was Collinsville IL? St Louis is a BIG town and would be helpful to know where we will be before making hotel reservations.

Yes there is a casino in or near Miami OK. Dont know if it would be large enough since never been to it

It is official on Family Events. Buffalo Run Casino in Miami. The run from St. Louis to Miami will be excruciting. Without any stops, it is around a 6 1/2 hour drive and every bit of it is interstate. I was looking forward to a nice drive on some of the Ozark roads.

I was wondering about hotels in Miami OK (pronounced My-ah-ma) I hope u guys can find something. Fortunately, this is close enough to home so we can make it to Tulsa for that nite and then head out to Stillwater the next morning.

I'm just glad those on the PT will be able to possibly "help" the Joplin, MO (toronado) area. Just think if everyone - either stopped for gas, a burger, candy bar, snack, pop, beer, anything, just to help support this area that was badly damaged in 2010. It would sure boost those peoples day!
