picked up the t/a engine this morning. $2,300.00 lighter in the pockets. everything had to be done. a little more cam and .030 bore, new pistons and crank. will be putting it together on sunday instead of working on the 50'.

So that's what the innards of an olds looks like . Did the bill include the heads or just the short block?

Included doing the existing heads, assembly of the short block, all parts including pistons and crank, boiling and boring the block (it was a mess). Tim does a good job for a reasonable price.
We got the heads on, fuel pump and bottom closed up, intake cleaned up, on Sunday.
