drawing sign ups

I've seen on here where people said to bring printed mailing labels for the sponsor giveaways. Should I just include the normal info:

Name
Address
Phone
Car

Anything else? How many? I'm long hauling it bty.

There's been conflicting info about whether we can use labels or not. Last year we had name, address, phone number and email address. I haven't decided if we're going to go with the labels or not this year. See you on the long haul. ;D

i'm bringing labels anyway, they don't take up much room, and then i'll ask the vendors when i get there. if they says no to labels, no big deal.
