well, if we're doing 2013 routes......look at Painless (their hq) as a starting spot...then "eastbound" (kind of)....look for venues, mileage between stops, cities/towns willing to pay the $$$ to get the tour there......lots of ideas out there.....

I have to agree with Rex. Money talks. If it even starts in Texas, there are distances, cities, venues and sponsors to consider. Remember the tour doesn't always pick up where it left off.
