No HR BS
No parking issues
No Flat land driving
great scenary
no regristration fee
everyone stops and looks at the stuff on the side of the road
Same parking lot action at night

Reviews like this are EXACTLY why I don't mind putting in all the work to get this done, year after year
NERR will never be, nor does it ever intend to be, anything like the spectacle that HRPT is, but that's also what makes this such a great event. With our small size, we can travel down much better scenic, secondary roads than HRPT could ever think of trying to go down. Also, because of our small size, we are able to visit many more interesting sites as a group. It is also taken into consideration that if we have some interesting planned stops that day, our miles travelled will be less than normal, instead of keeping it our regular length and then having to hammer it to our final destination at the end of the day. That would mean we have no time to enjoy the actual journey
With that being said, I'm still hoping to get back on HRPT in 2014..... as long as it begins where it's ending in 2013
More pics from this year's trip coming up in a few more hours

Great pictures TJ, really enjoy them!! Were passports required during this trip?? The Castle pictures are just great...... All of the pictures are great!! Love the Old Home Dinning Room.....
We didn't need passports, because we never actually stepped on land in Canada. There are still plenty of other pics that will get posted up from some of our other stops, but I just have to go through them all first.
