Dan, I remember seeing your car.I did the 06 power tour in two trucks,Started in my 66 el camino and got totaled at Rockford rd. and 601 the morning we left Columbia, SC. Then finished in my 2001 Z71 as we were only about 100 miles from home and had nothing better to do for the rest of the week, We were so glad to have went on and met a really bunch of fine people on the tour. Chad Reynolds was one of the really great rodders that offered a ton of support.Hope to see you on the 08 tour.Ill try to post some pics from Freiberger in the morning to the wreck at noon.
Keep smiling, makes them wonder whats on your mind.

Dan, thanks for the pics of the Blue Ridge Pkwy section of 06. I've got it on vedeo but my computer and can refuse to talk to each other :'(.
no prob; the Blue Ridge was by far the nicest stetch of the Tour
Longhauled in 02,06,07 I drove the 65 prostreet for 06,07 and drove the 70 in 02 which I sold the first day in Lincoln Neb. but did not let him get it until the end in OH.
I did a short leg of the 03 tour. Got to put my car on the dyno. But the guys only graphed it from 4100-6100 rpm :. my motor is built to turn at least 7000 and was still climbing pretty steadily at 6100.
This pic was taken at a fuel stop in OKC during the 2001 tour. I have a couple hundred on cd but this is the only one Ive transfered to Photobucket. My coupe was Yallar at the time
