Double good news as we hoped for...I passed the 4th and final part of my insurance exam! :D We did find a house and will probably make an offer Monday. Only a little over 700 sq. ft. in the garage so it looks like we'll be looking for storage for a car or two. : Great neighborhood for now, then maybe in a couple of years we'll think about building again with a shop. Thanks to all for the good wishes!
