I've been there man, I'm glad ya'll got the same support that I did in 2007 when my waterpump disintegrated. I would have been there if I had been on tour but I knew if I drove the Riv as she was she wouldn't have made it. Glad to see you got back safe!

Mike & Suzie - good to know that you and the wagon are home safe & sound. As I stated in another thread, I haven't me so many awesome folk like I did on this tour (my 1st long haul). Really makes me wish I lived closer to you all.

It is great to belong to such a great group as you all. I know I don't have a hot rod, but I have the same love of cars as you all, and that is all it takes to be part of such a great group not just here in this forum, but the whole car world as a whole. Thanks for making my first Long Haul an experience I will never forget. ;)

can't forget Ed,Mary,and Earl!!! Thanks Linda,we will assess the damage closer over the 4th weekend. Leon, i will email sometime in the near future as i would like to pick your brain about some short term scenarios to possibly get her back on the road temporarily(we spent the drivetrain/ mustangII transplant money towing her home). we have an s-10 rearend and a 57 trans and bell housing.

i think roadsters are automatically hot rods. glad you enjoyed your first longhaul and hope to see you again. we had fun too.....just a little more drama this year....goin for #6 in 09.
