    IKE

    saw on the news that gas went up 16 cents a gallon
    I could live with that
    our gas went up 12 cents a litre over 50 cents a gallon

    who's screwing who

    Our gas went from 3.93 up to 4.26 yesterday. Just ran into town (our small town) and is back down to 4.19, hopefully Lansing will be less then that. My daughter who lives in Wilmington, DE said gas today was 3.43 there.

      ATL gas went up $.050 to $4.29 or more and many stations were out of gas. BP stations maintained the $3.79 pricing for the weekend. Go figure...

          Stations here in Macon, GA jumped from $3.63 to $4.49 in just a few hours. Best wishes to those in the path.

            Our gas went from $3.60 to $4.25 before Ike even got close to land/rigs. Total B.S.

            Any Junkies in the path of Ike, how'd you make out?

              He says they are all right
              no hydro & no water but they are getting by
              says there damage is not that bad

                sorry for the 3 posts the same but I want to make sure eveyone gets the info

                talked to Mike (173herd) again this morning
                him & susie are safe & well
                susie returned to work to-day mike is helping eveyone it seems
                he tells me there are 11,000 hydro workers from across the U S & Canada down there helping out

                    We just got power back today at 3:30 this afternoon. We have some damage, but nothing major. The house came through fine.
