Head Sets

I tried a search for Head Sets and could not find anything to help me out. I am looking for a good set to communicate between cars. I was just wondering if anyone has some experience with them and what you would recommend?

I have tried the walkie talkie's but looking for a hands free system.

They make hands free for the walkie talkies. I have 4 of them for mine. Just google handsfree walkie talkies.
