2015 HRPT Unofficial Hotel List

Thanks ed. Look forward to seeing the final list once it's compiled. I only booked about 1/2 from the official hotel list. The others were close or closer to the venues than the official hotels. Same as last year and every hotel I stayed was filled with hrpt cars. Now I just need to track down and fix a pinion angle vibration I'm having then ready to go! Thanks for all the work on spearheading the hotel list.

probably makes more sense to just wait until April/May, then put out "the list".....particularly since the Biloxi stop at this point has not been finalized (even though many of us have reserved rooms there, or close to there)........rexx!

Ed, I sent a pm and email a month or so ago. You sent a copy of the list but since then I have not received an updated list. How can I get on the list to receive the list as it's updated.

Regarding the Biloxi conversation, I booked in Biloxi and intend to stay there unless the venue changes over 100 miles away. It's a great location for adults and children. Good food, beaches, and casinos.

You should be on my personal contact list, which I use to send out the final copy in May. I don't usually keep sending copies out as the updates come in unless I'm asked for a new one......I'm on the road until Tuesday, but I can send one when I get back home, if you would like. Send me a PM if that is the case. Sorry for the confusion. Maybe I'll just send out a blanket email to get everyone updated...........

If anyone has questions as to whether you are on my mailing list, check the first post in this thread. As I add people to 'my list', I update the ones posted there. The 'edit' note at the bottom of the post will tell when it was last updated.

Where are you guys booking for the 11th? I havn't seen any places released, only some where that someone said it is gonna be but I don't know if they have any affiliation with Hot Rod

From what many others are speculating and saying Biloxi appears to be "the location" but if it's not, Mobile and Pensacola are fairly close by & within 1-2 hrs drive, so booking anywhere between Mobile and Biloxi would put you pretty close. I'm booked in Biloxi & don't plan to change it unless they move the venue way out to some other odd/unexpected place.
