Wow how do you manage your sleep on the 3 days/ 1 off /3 nights......on mine sometimes the im stuck in nights mode while starting days back up.........

I work shift work also 12 on 12 off, 2 days on 5 off, then 5 days on 2 off for two rotations, then go to nights and do the same dance.......I take 24...
