Bryce Menzies And Robby Gordon Share Their Start To Finish Experiences From The 2019 BAJA 1000

I WANT TO RACE BAJA SO BAD I CAN TASTE IT!!! Okay, sorry for yelling, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew just how much I love dessert off-road racing, and specifically racing in Baja. I’m a huge fan of Mexico and love the people, the land, the food, and the racing. With that said, it should be no surprise that I spend some of my personal time watching BAJA 1000 coverage and videos from the teams themselves. Today I’m sharing two of my favorites, Robby Gordon and Bryce Menzies, who have just released videos showing all their adventures at the 2019 BAJA 1000. Now if you aren’t familiar with racing in Baja, then you probably won’t understand just how brutal this event is on people, trucks, parts, and teams. But every single one of them comes back each and every year with the same excitement and enthusiasm for these amazing events. It’s as if the suffering doesn’t even register because the fun meter is pegged the whole time.

One thing to note this year is just how dirty every vehicle and their driver and passenger are. This year seemed to have more silt, more wet, more nasty than some previous years and it showed when you watched the racers coming in for the finish and crossing the line looking like they just got dunked in oil and then rolled around in the silt beds. This was one nasty ride for many.

Check out the videos below and tell us which one you think had a better time on the dirt.
